METHODOLOGY
- Collection of activity data on the use of energy sources, raw materials, water and waste management from all the Company’s plants
- Definition of KPIs to assess regional and global sustainability performance and create benchmarking
- Calculation of the emission inventory divided into Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 of the individual plants and group.
- Analysis of the energy and environmental efficiency interventions already implemented and calculation of the relative results obtained both in terms of reduction of energy consumption and environmental impacts.
- Definition of a climate strategy through the determination of multiannual sustainability targets and greenhouse gas emission.
RESULTS
This will allow to constantly evaluate the actions to be taken using the best technologies on the market and the incentives available.
